Like the annual summer solstice, the Northern Flights Co-ed Ultimate Tournament will grace the fields of the city of North Bay for the twentieth consecutive year. As one of the oldest tournaments in Ontario and Canada we hope to make this milestone anniversary edition a year to remember (or forget depending on your Saturday night).
